Maraina Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to delivering high-quality products. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work when you purchase from us.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your item, provided that:
The item is unused
The item has no wear and tear
The item is in its original condition
The item is in its original packaging
The item is returned with all accessories, tags, and inserts (if applicable)
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Returns are not accepted for:
Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, stains, or altered condition
Items returned without original packaging
Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Any item that was marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase
3. Made-to-Order and Not-in-Stock Items
Items that are made-to-order or manufactured on demand (including items not held in stock) are produced specifically for you.
For this reason:
These items are not eligible for refunds, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your order is made-to-order, the estimated timeline is:
Manufacturing: 4 to 6 weeks
Shipping: approximately 4 weeks
4. Return Process
To request a return, you must email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
Your order number
The item(s) you want to return
Reason for return
Photos of the item and packaging (required)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Maraina Studio is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time: up to 10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)
Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Any customs, duties, or import-related charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
7. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if:
You received the wrong item, or
The item is faulty / damaged on arrival
If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
